Qualifications

• Experience providing clinical support within higher education.
• Regular caseload management with brief therapy models (CBT/solution-focused).
• Familiarity with UK university referral pathways.
• MBACP (Accred) accreditation.
• Regular clinical supervision and professional liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide tailored 1:1 counselling with short-term, solution-focused approaches.
• Administer and interpret CORE-10 to monitor treatment outcomes.
• Manage a regular caseload including anxiety, stress and transition issues.
• Uphold safeguarding and GDPR requirements with confidentiality.
• Apply empathy and evidence-based self-help tools to empower students.
