Job summary

North Highland is seeking a Consultant in London within the Organisational & Operations practice to turn strategy into tangible results. You will join collaborative teams delivering operating model and organisational design work that embeds lasting improvements for clients.

Ideal candidates have 3 years of management consulting experience, a demonstrated ability to work with senior client executives, and strong interpersonal skills. Travel to client sites is expected to meet project requirements.

Qualifications

• 3 years of management consulting, advisory, professional services and/or Big 4 experience.
• Willingness to travel to fulfill client requirements and project needs.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to uncover new opportunities for growth.
• Ability to establish credibility and activate collaboration with clients and teammates.
• Track record on large, complex consulting engagements with senior executives.
• Excellent interpersonal communication with staff and executives.
• Bachelor's degree; master's degree or professional certifications are a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Use knowledge of Organisational Strategy and project management to plan and lead work streams with small teams.
• Manage activities to deliver desired business outcomes.
• Focus on high-quality completion of deliverables.
• Work directly with clients as a visible and engaged team member.
• Contribute to business development by identifying new opportunities with existing clients.
