Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is looking for a skilled PMO Scheduler to lead the full build and management of project schedules, engage stakeholders, and deliver advanced reporting including EVM. You will interface with Planning and Project Controls teams to keep baselines aligned with contractual goals.

Ideal candidates have NEC/JCT/FIDIC experience, strong cost/resource loading skills and a background in PMO structures across large energy or infrastructure programmes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading PMO/Programme structures in large-scale projects.
• Strong scheduling capabilities using P6 and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage project schedules, interfaces and stakeholder engagement.
• Maintain baselines to support contractual and performance metrics.
• Provide meetings and workshops to challenge progress and performance.
• Support Planning/Project Controls Managers to maintain schedules and interfaces.
• Manage contract requirements for schedules and deliverables.
• Provide advanced hierarchical reporting including Earned Value Management (EVM).
• Integrate schedule, cost and risk data and perform Critical Path analyses.
