Job summary

Synthires is seeking STEM and scientific-domain experts to contribute to AI training through Python-based workflows and rigorous problem-solving. This remote contractor role is worldwide, with about 15 hours per week and flexible scheduling.

You will solve complex problems, review AI outputs for accuracy, and validate results using Python or similar languages. Immediate onboarding preferred; first task within 24–48 hours after onboarding.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in at least one STEM field (chemistry, biology, mathematics, physics, geoscience, environmental science, or robotics).
• Proficient in Python or another programming language.
• Strong scientific or quantitative problem-solving skills.
• Experience using coding agents in technical workflows.

Responsibilities

• Solve complex scientific, mathematical and technical problems in your area of expertise.
• Review AI-generated solutions for scientific and factual accuracy.
• Identify incorrect assumptions, reasoning errors, and overlooked constraints.
• Use Python or other languages for calculations, simulations, and validation.
• Provide rigorous, technically accurate solutions and feedback.
