Job summary

Synthires is seeking a STEM expert (MSc/PhD) for a remote contractor role. You will apply deep scientific or quantitative knowledge to AI training tasks, perform rigorous problem solving, and contribute Python-based workflows.

You should have strong expertise in at least one STEM field, Python proficiency, and experience with coding agents. This flexible engagement runs about 15 hours per week with rapid onboarding.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in at least one STEM field (e.g., chemistry, biology, math, physics, geoscience, robotics).
• Proficiency in Python or another programming language.
• Strong scientific and quantitative problem-solving skills.
• Experience using coding agents in technical workflows.

Responsibilities

• Solve complex problems within your area of expertise.
• Review AI-generated solutions for scientific, mathematical, and factual accuracy.
• Identify incorrect assumptions, reasoning errors, and overlooked constraints.
• Use Python for calculations, simulations, and validation.
• Provide rigorous, technically accurate feedback.
