Job summary

Synthires is seeking STEM/domain experts for a remote, worldwide role to contribute to AI training. You will apply deep expertise to solve problems, review AI outputs, and validate results using Python-based workflows.

We expect strong proficiency in a STEM field, Python, and rigorous problem-solving. The role offers approximately 15 hours per week with an output-based payment model and flexible scheduling.

About the Opportunity

This opportunity is for STEM and scientific-domain experts to contribute to AI training through technical problem-solving, scientific reasoning, data analysis, and Python-based workflows. Candidates need deep expertise in at least one relevant scientific or quantitative field; expertise across all STEM disciplines is not required.

Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with scientific tools such as NumPy, SciPy, pandas, SymPy, Jupyter, or relevant domain-specific libraries.
• Relevant expertise gained through academic research, industry, teaching, engineering, or independent technical work.

Compensation

• $60–$120/hour, with output-based payment for tasks meeting project specifications.
• Approximately 15 hours per week with a flexible schedule.
• Immediate availability preferred; first task expected within 24–48 hours after onboarding.
