Job summary

Anglian Water Services is recruiting a Relationship Lead for the Lincolnshire Reservoir Project. You will own stakeholder relationships, coordinate engagement, and work with technical teams to ensure timely, well‑communicated outcomes.

You’ll chair meetings, help develop DCO outputs, and manage risks and issues with senior colleagues. Travel will be involved across the region as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing complex stakeholder relationships on major infrastructure projects or development programs.
• Experience navigating planning/consenting processes; DCO knowledge is a plus.
• Able to manage competing priorities across multiple workstreams with strong judgment.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a defined portfolio of stakeholder relationships, prioritising concerns and escalating when needed.
• Plan and coordinate stakeholder engagement aligned with programme priorities.
• Collaborate with technical leads to produce clear briefing materials for stakeholders.
• Attend and chair stakeholder meetings; represent the project team on matters.
• Support development of DCO outputs such as Statements of Common Ground.
• Identify and manage risks, issues and opportunities related to stakeholders.
• Ensure actions and commitments are tracked and closed out.
• Act as the link between stakeholders and project teams to inform thinking.
• Challenge colleagues constructively to achieve better stakeholder outcomes.
• Ensure SLAs and stakeholder spend are monitored.
