Job summary

MLabs is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to join a multi-disciplinary infrastructure team in a remote-first role. You will own automated provisioning and scalable CD pipelines across cloud and on-prem environments, interacting with vendors and supporting a global client base.

The ideal candidate brings strong automation, scripting, and network engineering expertise, plus experience with procurement and vendor management in a fast-growing fintech setting.

Qualifications

• Automation & configuration management experience using infrastructure tools like Ansible.
• Programming/scripting ability to build usable scripts or small programs.
• Solid background in system administration and network engineering concepts.
• Demonstrated vendor management and service-delivery oversight.

Responsibilities

• Automated infrastructure provisioning across physical data centers and cloud (AWS, GCP).
• Develop and evolve CD pipelines to automate deployments of software, servers, and network devices.
• Engage with hardware vendors, telecom providers, and financial institutions via phone and email.
• Manage third-party procurement, negotiate vendor agreements, purchase hardware, enable remote work setups.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team and share ownership of the environment.
