Job summary

KAISPE, a technology company in London, is seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineer to ensure reliability, availability, and performance of software applications and infrastructure. You will automate processes, collaborate across teams, and drive reliability initiatives.

Responsibilities include building scalable systems, implementing CI/CD pipelines, and establishing SLOs/SLIs/SLAs while supporting rapid deployments and incident response. Remote-friendly and collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field.
• Proven experience as Site Reliability Engineer, DevOps, or similar.
• Strong Linux/Unix system and server administration knowledge.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud).
• Proficiency in Python or Bash scripting.
• Understanding of networking, distributed systems, and CI/CD.
• Experience with monitoring, logging, and observability tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain reliable, scalable infrastructure and systems.
• Monitor availability, performance, capacity, and reliability.
• Develop automation to reduce manual work.
• Manage cloud infrastructure and deployment environments.
• Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability.
• Troubleshoot incidents and perform root-cause analysis.
• Contribute to incident response, post-incident reviews, and blameless learning.
• Collaborate with development to improve performance and reliability.
• Build CI/CD pipelines for reliable deployments.
• Define and monitor SLOs, SLIs, and SLAs.
• Plan capacity and ensure scale with business needs.
• Implement backup, DR, and business continuity practices.
• Document infrastructure and reliability standards.
