Job summary

Yaspa, a London-based fintech company, is seeking a Solutions Architect to lead the technical side of the sales cycle across the UK and Europe. You’ll act as the technical expert for prospects and clients, from demos to launch, and drive requests for integrations while shaping the product roadmap.

You’ll collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to translate client needs into clear requirements and improve onboarding, documentation, and processes for our growing European client base.

Qualifications

• Experience leading technical sales cycles and demos.
• Ability to map client needs to product integrations.
• Strong collaboration with Sales, Product, and Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical side of the sales cycle: discovery, design, demos, and POCs.
• Design client integrations to Yaspa's products and payment flows.
• Lead onboarding of new clients for a smooth launch.
• Maintain and improve documentation and processes for client integrations.
• Manage key client relationships and provide expert technical support.
