Job summary

Checkout.com is seeking a mid-level Sales Engineer to join our London team and support clients through the sales lifecycle. You will provide technical leadership, map merchant needs to APIs, run demos, and help position our payments platform to win deals.

You will collaborate with Technology and Business teams to demonstrate capabilities, improve solutions, and ensure successful go-lives. The role requires strong English communication, entrepreneurial drive, and a solid grasp of payment flows

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience in a technical client-facing role.
• Ability to translate technical jargon into business speak.
• Experience with API-based integration and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Support the commercial team to position products and help win deals.
• Understand merchant requirements and map to APIs and products; create designs and docs.
• Run demos, build payment flows, create POCs and presentations.
• Provide thought leadership on Payment Performance and related areas.
• Lead all technical interactions with merchants through the deal lifecycle.
