Job summary

Langham Recruitment is seeking an experienced Solutions Architect for a remote UK role, offering £70-80K per year. You will shape end-to-end architectures across CRM, CMS, ERP and data platforms, working with Salesforce and headless CMS environments.

You will collaborate with multiple teams and senior stakeholders, balancing strategic architecture with delivery, in an agile setting. Occasional travel to company sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Extensive Solutions Architecture experience within enterprise-scale environments.
• Strong experience across CRM, web/CMS and digital platforms.
• Experience with Salesforce and/or Headless CMS environments.
• Strong PIM, MDM or data-centric transformation experience.
• Experience designing API-first and integration-led architectures.
• Strong understanding of REST, GraphQL, events, middleware and modern integration platforms.
• Experience integrating CRM, CMS, ERP, analytics and other business-critical systems.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Comfortable working across multiple teams and influencing without direct authority.
• Able to balance strategic architecture with practical delivery.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• TOGAF, ArchiMate or equivalent architecture qualification would be desirable.

• Play a key role in a major digital transformation across Salesforce, Headless CMS, PIM and modern cloud technologies.
• Operate between technology, business and senior stakeholders to bring structure to complex environments.
• Help different teams work together towards better, customer-focused solutions.
• Define end-to-end architectures.
• Shape integration strategies.
• Provide architectural leadership across digital products and customer-facing platforms.
• Cover business requirements and solution design through delivery, governance and architectural assurance.
• Help introduce greater structure, governance and customer-focused processes into an immature architecture environment.
