Job summary

DAC Beachcroft LLP is seeking a NQ Solicitor/CILEX Lawyer or Experienced Paralegal to join the Disease team and work on defended industrial disease claims. The role offers a remote-working setup across England and Wales with a structured training programme and exposure to insurer clients.

You will join a 35-strong Disease team nationwide, handling NIHL, HAVS and asbestos-related claims, while supporting senior lawyers on more complex matters and focusing on effective client service and billing

Qualifications

• NQ Solicitor/CILEX Lawyer or Experienced Paralegal with interest in injury claims.
• Able to handle defended industrial disease claims (NIHL, HAVS, asbestos).
• Capable of developing client relationships with insurers and commercial clients.

Responsibilities

• Work in a team handling defended industrial disease claims.
• Assist senior lawyers on more complex disease cases.
• Support insurer and self-insured clients who instruct the firm.
• Undergo full training appropriate to experience.
• Demonstrate financial discipline in billing and credit control on own files.
• Support marketing and business development within the team.
