Job summary

Whitestone Resourcing Limited is seeking a Soft Services Estimator for a remote role with occasional travel. You will develop accurate cost models and pricing submissions for soft services contracts, including cleaning, security and front-of-house operations.

The role focuses on labour loading, resource planning and bid support across multi-service line opportunities, with strong emphasis on Excel-based commercial modelling and timely tender submissions.

Qualifications

• Experienced in facilities management/ FM tendering processes.
• Strong Excel and financial modelling abilities.
• Ability to build labour loading and resource plans.
• Capable of delivering pricing submissions on time within bid deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Producing detailed pricing submissions for soft services contracts.
• Developing labour loading and resource models.
• Reviewing client specifications and tender documentation.
• Supporting the design of efficient service delivery solutions.
• Preparing cost models for cleaning, security, reception and workplace services.
• Assisting with TFM bids where required.
• Identifying commercial risks and opportunities within tender responses.
• Collaborating with stakeholders throughout the bid process.
• Supporting the submission of large and complex FM opportunities.
