You will mentor staff, manage executive client relationships, and lead virtual workshops to deliver innovative solutions with measurable impact across strategy, operations and technology.

Qualifications

• MBA or advanced degree from a top-tier institution.
• At least 7 years of progressive experience in management consulting with a focus on business transformation.
• Proven track record leading and delivering complex transformation programs.
• Expertise in change management, organizational design, and process re-engineering.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Outstanding virtual collaboration and communication skills for a remote role.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale business transformation projects spanning strategy, operations, and technology.
• Develop and execute transformation roadmaps aligned with client objectives.
