Job summary

Gravitas Group in Manchester is seeking a Social Housing Delivery Lead Consultant to lead end-to-end advisory engagements across housing management systems, digital/data strategy, applications and transformation delivery. This client-facing role requires independence with clients, while thriving in a collaborative team environment and coaching junior consultants.

Hybrid remote work with UK-wide travel to client sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of the social housing sector and its operating context/regulation.
• Proven experience delivering complex change/technology programmes (client-side transformation welcomed).
• Confident stakeholder workshops, discovery sessions, recommendations and proposals.

Responsibilities

• Lead advisory projects end-to-end: scoping, planning, delivery, closure and follow-up.
• Build trusted relationships with housing clients and deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Support and mentor junior consultants (coaching, delegation, knowledge sharing).
• Improve delivery methods and processes (quality, administration, utilisation).
• Contribute to business development through networking and shaping opportunities.
