Zusammenfassung

Crunch is hiring a CRM marketing specialist to own email and SMS communications across the customer journey using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You will write the everyday copy, build journeys, test templates, and ensure deliverability and compliance.

The role is fully remote in the UK, reporting to the Director of Marketing and collaborating with content and design teams. You’ll bring at least four years in CRM marketing, including two years hands-on in Marketing Cloud, with strong SQL/AMPscript

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years in CRM marketing with hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience.
• Proven ability to build and send journeys, emails and texts.
• Strong copywriting skills and ability to own daily communications.
• Understanding of Outlook rendering, dark mode and accessibility.
• Knowledge of UK GDPR and PECR for marketing emails and texts.
• Ability to work remotely with strong self-discipline.

Aufgaben

• Own every email, text and customer journey sent from Crunch via Marketing Cloud.
• Build, test, schedule, send, report and improve campaigns continuously.
• Write everyday copy for reminders, chasers, subject lines and test versions.
• Collaborate with Marketing Director, Content Manager and designers.
• Develop responsive HTML emails and rebuild templates with design team.
• Create and run journeys using Journey Builder and manage audiences with SQL.
• Personalisation using AMPscript with sensible fallbacks.
• Ensure deliverability, data hygiene and compliance across sends.
