Job summary

DataForce is seeking a motivated Scheduler to work remotely to schedule recording sessions for a Data Collection project taking place in London, UK. You will contact participants by phone or email, screen them per criteria, and schedule based on availability, while handling pre-study questions and follow-ups to encourage attendance.

The remote scheduler will be the first point of contact for study participants and must manage reminders, changes, and daily schedule updates with the project team.

Qualifications

• Idiomatic fluency in Mesopotamian Arabic.
• Ability to adapt to CET time zone.
• Flexible scheduling as needed.
• Computer competence for data entry and reporting/scheduling.
• Adaptability to changing priorities with feedback.
• Outstanding customer service and strong communication (phone, email, electronic media).
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Experience working in a team.

Responsibilities

• Validate candidates by phone according to project requirements.
• Check availability for the project.
• Answer candidates' questions.
• Provide logistic information.
• Schedule candidates for session times.
• Send reminders to participants to reduce no-shows.
• Fill session schedule in advance.
• Communicate daily schedule updates to the project team.
