The Scheduler will manage reminders, keep the study calendar updated, and respond to participant questions, acting as the first point of contact for participants. This is a fully remote, temporary position.

Qualifications

• Idiomatic fluency in Egyptian Arabic.
• Ability to adapt to CET time zone.
• Be able to work a flexible schedule as needed.
• Have computer competency for data entry and the production of reports and schedules.
• Be able to adapt to changing priorities through applied feedback, and shifting focus quickly as project needs evolve.
• Must possess outstanding customer service, excellent communication skills including phone, email, and electronic media communication.
• Must be extremely detail-oriented.
• Experience working in a team.

DataForce is seeking a motivated Scheduler to work remotely to schedule recording sessions for one of our Data Collection projects taking place in London, UK. As our Scheduler, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our project runs smoothly, appointments with project participants are efficiently scheduled and managed, and deadlines are met.

Schedulers are responsible for communicating with potential participants via phone or email, screening them based on defined criteria, and scheduling them based on their availability. They also respond to pre-study participant questions and follow-ups, making them the first point of contact between our team and study participants.
