Job summary

DataForce by TransPerfect is seeking a Remote Scheduler to coordinate recording sessions for a data collection project in London, UK. The role involves contacting participants via phone or email, screening suitability, and scheduling sessions with investigators' availability.

The Scheduler will manage reminders, keep the study calendar updated, and respond to participant questions, acting as the first point of contact for participants. This is a fully remote, temporary position.

Qualifications

• Idiomatic fluency in Egyptian Arabic.
• Ability to adapt to CET time zone.
• Be able to work a flexible schedule as needed.
• Have computer competency for data entry and the production of reports and schedules.
• Be able to adapt to changing priorities through applied feedback, and shifting focus quickly as project needs evolve.
• Must possess outstanding customer service, excellent communication skills including phone, email, and electronic media communication.
• Must be extremely detail-oriented.
• Experience working in a team.

Responsibilities

• Validation of candidates via phone call according to project requirements.
• Checking their availability for the project.
• Answering candidates' questions.
• Providing logistic information.
• Scheduling candidate for the sessions time.
• Sending reminders to the participants to make sure they don't forget about the scheduled sessions.
• Filling the session schedule days in advance.
• Communicating daily schedule updates to project team.
