Job summary

DataForce seeks a Remote Scheduler to coordinate recording sessions for a London-based DataForce project. The role is freelance/independent contractor with a flexible schedule, approx. 4–8 hours per day, five days a week, starting in early September 2026 for 6–8 weeks.

Qualifications

• Idiomatic fluency in Western Punjabi (Pakistan).
• Able to adapt to CET time zone.
• Be able to work a flexible schedule as needed.
• Have computer competency for data entry and the production of reports and schedules.
• Be able to adapt to changing priorities through applied feedback, and shifting focus quickly as project needs evolve.
• Must possess outstanding customer service, excellent communication skills including phone, email, and electronic media communication.
• Must be extremely detail-oriented.
• Experience working in a team.

Responsibilities

• Validation of candidates via phone call according to project requirements
• Checking their availability for the project
• Answering candidates' questions
• Providing logistic information
• Scheduling candidate for the sessions time
• Sending reminders to the participants to make sure they don't forget about the scheduled sessions
• Filling the session schedule days in advance
• Communicating daily schedule updates to project team
