Job summary

United Lincolnshire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking a Service Delivery Technician (Band 4) to join its Service Desk in Lincoln. You will support a broad range of ICT systems, provide first-line technical assistance and contribute to a responsive, patient-centered NHS service.

The role focuses on Windows desktops, Active Directory, IP telephony and network support. Flexibility in hours and location is available within the Trust’s policies.

Qualifications

• Diploma level or higher qualification in an ICT related subject or equivalent experience
• Evidence of recent and ongoing personal and professional development
• ITIL Foundation Qualification

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for user support requests with strong customer service.
• Provide ICT technical support for hardware, software and network environments.
• Support the Trust's ICT services including Windows Desktop, Active Directory and IP telephony.
