Job summary

Version 1 is seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to lead delivery across accounts in the UK, including regulated environments. You will chair governance, manage cross-functional partners and drive continual service improvements while maintaining financial performance and customer satisfaction.

You will collaborate with senior stakeholders, prepare monthly forecasts and drive opportunities for additional work within existing customers.

Qualifications

• Extensive service delivery management experience in regulated environments.
• Eligible for UK SC clearance and comfortable in secure settings.
• Proven track record in SIAM/multi-supplier governance.
• Strong stakeholder relationships with senior customer teams.
• Experience managing invoicing, forecasting and margins.
• Experience supporting cloud-hosted managed services (AWS/Azure).
• Ability to produce and present performance reports and MI.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated growth opportunities within existing accounts.
• Track record of measurable service improvements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service delivery for managed services across accounts.
• Lead governance forums and drive continual improvement.
• Manage priorities across operations and project delivery.
• Coordinate internal and third-party delivery partners.
• Lead major incident communications and restoration efforts.
• Conduct regular service reviews with customers.
• Own invoicing, budgeting and financial performance of accounts.
• Forecast revenues, costs and margins monthly.
• Identify opportunities for additional work within accounts.
• Drive automation and process improvements to raise maturity.
