Job summary

Morson Group is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer with extensive RC design experience for a 6-12 month contract on a fully remote basis. The role involves leading technical design activities, producing and reviewing calculations and drawings, and mentoring junior engineers.

Chartered status is preferred (MIStructE/MICE). Strong knowledge of British Standards and Eurocodes, plus excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, are essential to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams

Qualifications

• Experience in reinforced concrete design and verification.
• Chartered status preferred (MIStructE/MICE).
• Knowledge of British Standards and Eurocodes for structural design.
• Ability to lead and manage technical design packages.
• Experience producing and reviewing structural calculations and drawings.
• Proficiency in structural analysis software.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.
• Experience mentoring junior engineers and managing design risks.
