Job summary

RTL Group Ltd. is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to lead RC frame design and manage a groundworks package in Maidstone. The role focuses on delivering concept through construction stages, with close collaboration to clients, architects and contractors.

You will review calculations, develop economical structural solutions and mentor junior engineers while ensuring compliance with UK standards and Eurocodes. Site attendance and design team collaboration are required.

Qualifications

• Significant experience as Structural Engineer in design environment.
• Strong RC frame design expertise and knowledge of foundations.
• Experience with Eurocodes and UK design standards.
• Proficiency in structural analysis software.
• Ability to produce/review drawings using AutoCAD/Revit.

Responsibilities

• Lead RC frame design for foundations, slabs, beams and columns.
• Undertake and review structural calculations per standards and codes.
• Develop practical structural solutions from concept to detailed design.
• Produce and review drawings, specs and documentation.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers and contractors.
• Provide guidance to junior engineers and graduates.
