Qualifications

• Experience with Logs, Metrics, IT Operations and Security.
• Strong background in Pre-Sales - Solution Engineering.
• Fluent English written and spoken.
• Experience working remotely.
• UK residency is required.

Responsibilities

• Help customers understand Cribl value during the sales process and align to business problems.
• Own the customer technical engagement and relationships.
• Deliver technical validation to customers through whiteboards, Demos and POVs.
• Document interesting use cases in blog posts and product documentation.
• Up to 30% Travel.
• Work across multiple time zones with occasional outside-hours duties.
