Job summary

Baltimore Consulting Limited is seeking a Senior SEND EHCP Officer for an interim 3-month contract with extension potential. The role is fully remote across the North West region, paying £315 per day inside IR35 (umbrella).

You will manage a complex SEND caseload, lead statutory processes and collaborate with families, schools and partner agencies to secure positive outcomes for children and young people. You will report to the Team Manager and support colleagues and service improvement.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice and Children & Families Act 2014.
• Experience managing SEND casework within a local authority setting.
• Ability to handle complex cases and statutory deadlines.
• Experience working across multi-agency partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Manage a complex 0-25 SEND caseload across the EHCP process.
• Lead Annual Reviews, multi-agency meetings and mediation activity.
• Support tribunal preparation and statutory compliance.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to EHCP Officers and colleagues.
