Job summary

Version 1 is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead complex, strategic programmes across UK clients. You will shape strategy, drive senior-level engagement, and ensure large-scale initiatives stay aligned with client outcomes.

Work with public and private sector partners to deliver real-world impact, balancing user needs with business priorities while navigating cross-organisational politics and supplier relationships.

Qualifications

• Eligible for UK Security Check (SC) clearance.
• Right to work in the UK for at least 5 years.
• Experience leading large programmes and roadmaps across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and hold the vision for the programme across organisations and teams.
• Own the organisational roadmap, prioritise dependencies and communicate plans.
• Frame problems before solutions and surface the right needs from users.
• Champion the user, bringing insights into decisions and trade-offs.
• Collaborate across design, engineering, data and policy to solve problems.
• Deliver with integrity, ensuring milestones are met and stakeholders are aligned.
