Job summary

MWI Animal Health in the UK is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the strategy for our digital product portfolio. This remote role collaborates with engineering and cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric software for veterinary practices.

You will lead discovery, define requirements, manage backlogs, and guide MVPs from concept to market, while aligning with business goals and regulatory considerations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager.
• Strong SaaS product experience.
• Experience in a technology delivery environment.
• Proven ability to work closely with software engineering teams.
• Strong product discovery skills turning customer insight into product plans.
• Experience managing multiple parallel workstreams.
• Excellent stakeholder management with senior leaders and technical teams.
• Experience with AI tooling such as Cursor, Figma Make, Lovable, or similar.
• Understanding of UX, product design, and business analysis.
• Experience in backlog management, prioritisation, and MVP delivery.

Responsibilities

• Act as product lead across core products and integrations within the MWI portfolio.
• Build strong relationships with customers to understand needs and workflows.
• Lead product discovery to define user-centric solutions and requirements.
• Translate insights into clear epics and backlog priorities.
• Collaborate with engineering to deliver future development and enhancements.
• Manage the product backlog to ensure a steady flow of well-defined requirements.
• Define standards for readiness and completion across the pipeline.
• Build business cases with clear success measures.
• Support MVP delivery with a clear go-to-market proposition.
• Track performance and inform future decisions; run demos and retrospectives.
