Job summary

Cencora, via its MWI Animal Health brand, is seeking a proactive administrator to support the Sales Team remotely in the United Kingdom. You will handle monthly reports, onboard GPO members, and ensure CRM data is accurate while distributing new leads to the team.

You will collaborate with internal departments, represent MWI in meetings when required, and contribute to customer service excellence by following SOPs and attending relevant training sessions.

Qualifications

• Clinical RVN qualification or equivalent veterinary practice experience.
• Strong customer service experience and relationship-building.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and customer support to the Sales Team.
• Create monthly reports for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Onboard new GPO members and validate new account setups.
• Maintain CRM accuracy and share leads with Sales Team.
• Attend industry events and support projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams and represent MWI in meetings.
• Ensure high standard of service to customers.
• Adhere to SOPs and training procedures.
