The role requires 8+ years PQE in serious injury, a proven track record in settlements and litigated outcomes, and willingness to travel to the office twice a month for team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Solicitor or equivalent with at least 8 years PQE in serious injury.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of claimant serious injury matters (£150k–£1m+).
• Provide expert legal advice and representation through the claims process.
• Collaborate with medical professionals, experts, and stakeholders.
• Ensure regulatory and procedural compliance.
• Maintain accurate case records using the firm's case management system.
• Supervise and mentor junior team members.
• Attend court hearings and settlement negotiations.
• Keep abreast of developments in PI law.
