Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced risk advisory managers to help train their language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. This fully remote role suits experts with 4+ years at a top firm and the ability to craft board- and regulator-facing materials.

You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations across risk assessment decks, regulatory roadmaps, control exhibits, board materials, and remediation reporting, on a flexible 5–20 hour weekly schedule.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in risk, regulatory, or internal audit advisory at a top firm (e.g. Big 4).
• Experience producing board- and regulator-facing materials.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows (risk assessment decks, regulatory roadmaps, control exhibits, board materials, remediation reporting).
• Support training of AI language models with high-quality visuals and narratives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accuracy, clarity, and regulatory alignment.
