Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, IT, Business, or related discipline.
• 8+ years leading complex enterprise projects or programs.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale technology or infrastructure programs.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, governance, and portfolio management.
• Experience in cloud, infrastructure, software delivery, or digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale enterprise projects and strategic programs across multiple teams.
• Manage full project lifecycle: planning, governance, execution, change, deployment, reviews.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to deliver complex technical initiatives.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration and manage dependencies and risks.
• Provide executive-level reporting, governance updates, and ROI assessments.
• Establish and maintain project governance structures and best practices.
• Develop program management methodologies, playbooks, and delivery standards.
• Oversee portfolios to align with business objectives and customer outcomes.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiency.
• Mentor and coach project managers and cross-functional teams.
