Job summary

Aws Emea Sarl (Uk Branch) is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead large-scale AWS‑based cloud transformation programs. You will combine technical credibility with senior stakeholder management and drive delivery from inception to completion.

In this role, you will bridge business requirements with technical solutions, manage risks, and shape cross‑organizational IT strategies while ensuring outcomes align with customer goals. AWS certifications and leadership are key.

Qualifications

Knowledge of public cloud value proposition and cloud engagement delivery (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
Experience leading multiple Agile teams concurrently or at scale.
Experience delivering enterprise‑level IT engagements.
Active project management certification (e.g., APM, CSM, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2).
Experience delivering customer engagements in a professional services role.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage complex cloud transformation projects end‑to‑end.
Ensure delivery within time, budget and quality parameters.
Develop and execute project level planning with agility to adjust strategies as necessary.
Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across customers, partners and internal teams.
Drive key decisions and resolve project risks and issues.
