Naphora Games Group is seeking a Senior Gameplay Programmer to join our growing team and elevate the gameplay of our hybrid-casual mobile titles. You will shape core systems with Unity and C#, drive architecture decisions, prototype with designers, and mentor others in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in mobile game development, shipped titles, and a strong grasp of performance optimization across devices.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of mobile game development experience.
• Expert-level C# programming skills.
• At least 4 shipped mobile titles or equivalent launch experience.
• Deep understanding of game architecture, patterns and gameplay systems.
• Strong mobile optimization, profiling and performance knowledge.
• Proven ability to own complex features end to end and mentor others.
• Excellent communication in a fast-paced, international team.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement and optimize core gameplay systems in Unity (C#).
• Own architecture of gameplay components for scalability and reusability.
• Prototype and iterate with designers, moving ideas to playable builds quickly.
• Lead debugging and performance tuning across devices and the codebase.
• Mentor mid-level and junior programmers through reviews and pairing.
• Set coding standards and best practices for the team.
