Job summary

The Facility Connect Partners Limited is seeking a Senior Estimator to lead pricing for major Hard FM and maintenance opportunities. You will collaborate with sales, technical and purchasing teams to develop comprehensive quotations and ensure documents are ready for client approval.

Qualifications

Strong background in Hard FM, engineering services or maintenance.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end estimating for large, complex FM tenders and frameworks.
Develop accurate, commercially robust first-principles cost models.
Analyze tender docs, asset data, maintenance requirements to price effectively.
Apply SFG20 standards and asset-based pricing to build detailed cost models.
Own evaluation of commercial risks and opportunities within pricing and bid strategy.
Present pricing strategies and outputs at governance meetings and to senior stakeholders.
Support negotiations and commercial clarifications during tender process.
Lead handover to operations and delivery teams after contract award.
