Job summary

Capita seeks a Senior ERP Payroll Implementation Lead to drive the Payroll Parallel Run across the Synergy Programme. You will act as the senior payroll transition authority, ensuring Oracle Fusion Payroll is operationally ready for a safe service transfer and will lead governance, readiness, reconciliation and assurance activities.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading Payroll Parallel Run activities within large HR/Payroll transformations.
• Proven experience supporting Oracle Fusion Payroll implementations or payroll service transitions is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of payroll operations, controls and statutory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for planning, governance, execution and delivery of Payroll Parallel Run activities.
• Own the Parallel Run strategy, delivery plans, milestones and reconciliation framework.
• Ensure activities align with payroll calendars, programme milestones and service transfer requirements.
• Act as Capita's senior stakeholder and assurance lead for Payroll Comparison Testing activities.
• Collaborate with System Integrator to review and challenge PCT outcomes.
