Job summary

Guidant Global is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to lead BAU payroll operations during a major SAP to Oracle Fusion transition, ensuring delivery of a high-quality payroll service. Reporting to the Head of HR Shared Services, you will drive process improvements, support testing and implementation, and partner with HR and Finance to optimise payroll reporting and data protection.

Qualifications

Significant experience managing payroll in a complex organisation.
Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation and statutory requirements.
Experience with payroll system implementations or large-scale transformations.
Excellent organisational, analytical and Excel reporting skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee accurate and timely delivery of payroll services, ensuring compliance with legislation and policies.
Support the transition from SAP to Oracle Fusion (Redwood) including testing and implementation.
Provide leadership alongside the existing Payroll Manager and enhance payroll efficiency.
Develop payroll processes, controls and reporting capabilities; monitor performance and improvements.
