Qualifications

• Degree or Masters in environmental/ science with Chartership.
• Substantial post-graduate experience, preferably in a consultancy.
• Experience on linear infrastructure projects is beneficial.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the EIA process and environmental specialisms.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong report writing, verbal and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the coordination and delivery of environmental work by multi-disciplinary teams (EIA, options appraisals, environmental management).
• Champion high environmental performance within projects, influencing development and outcomes.
• Collate and edit information to provide clear, well-written reports.
• Deliver own work to a high standard, on time and within budget.
• Manage client needs in a professional manner.
• Communicate issues and ideas effectively.
• Lead bid preparation and develop new business areas for the team.
• Undertake continual professional development as required.
