Qualifications

• 5+ years in Clinical Operations in PM, Consulting or PS/Implementation roles.
• Translate customer requirements into technical product requirements for business and technical stakeholders.
• Understand Product Vision, Technical Specifications and translate for end users and business teams.
• Experience with customers and internal teams, in-person or remote presentations.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and based in Europe.

Responsibilities

• Be the product evangelist and SME for Veeva Clinical Operations products.
• Stay up to date with features, strategy and roadmap.
• Contribute to best practices and release communications.
• Engage with customer stakeholders to communicate roadmap and vision.
• Provide cross-functional product expertise to internal teams.
