RevenueCat is seeking a Backend Engineer to design, build, ship, and own end-to-end product features used by thousands of developers and hundreds of millions of end users. This hands-on IC role prioritizes shipping value to customers over perfecting specs.

You’ll own problem scoping through production rollout while maintaining scale, performance, and quality in a fully remote team with strong emphasis on customer impact and rapid iteration.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of backend engineering experience in scalable systems.
• Proficient in SQL beyond basic queries.
• Demonstrated ability to ship user-facing features.

Responsibilities

• Meet with team and mentor to get up to speed.
• Set up repositories, task management, and dev environment.
• Implement and ship your first project.
• Learn RevenueCat dashboards, logging and infra tools.
• Understand subscription economy shaping product decisions.
