Job summary

Swoon is a design-led brand operating on a modern data stack. We’re seeking an analytics engineer to own the warehouse, transformation layer, orchestration and analytics surface end-to-end, with no data team above you.

You will partner closely with commercial, marketing and operations leads to turn questions into executable insights, while driving autonomous architectural decisions and cost-aware data management. Strong SQL, Python, Snowflake and orchestration experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience building and running production analytics stacks.
• Strong SQL and Python skills with data warehousing experience.
• Ability to make architecture calls and own the stack end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Own the data stack from ELT to data quality and cost management.
• Own the analytics surface and BI strategy for self-service insights.
• Apply AI tooling to reduce analysis time and maintain trusted outputs.
• Collaborate with commercial, marketing and operations leads to deliver actionable insights.
• Demonstrate a track record of delivering production analytics solutions.
