Job summary

CapsLock is seeking a Senior AI Creative Designer to produce high-quality AI-driven visuals for performance marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google, and landing pages.

You will work with marketers, copywriters, and video editors to deliver photorealistic visuals that drive conversions and align with client specifications. Remote-friendly environment with a strong emphasis on experimentation and iteration.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of design or creative marketing experience.
• 1–2+ years hands-on with AI image generation platforms producing photorealistic visuals.
• Proficient with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite and AI tools.
• Strong visual sense: lighting, composition, realism, and anatomy.
• Upper-intermediate English (B2+) or higher.

Responsibilities

• Create AI-generated visuals for performance campaigns across paid channels and landing pages.
• Produce photorealistic human imagery, lifestyle scenes, and product visuals.
• Iterate concepts based on data and feedback and test variants.
• Collaborate with marketers and copywriters to align visuals with messaging.
• Ensure assets meet brand, funnel, and production standards.
