Job summary

wearemighty is hiring a Creative Designer (Forward Deployed Creative) to lead scalable marketing creatives for enterprise clients. You will convert briefs and brand guides into high-performing assets across Facebook, Instagram, and display channels, while leveraging AI tools to scale output in a fast-paced, client-facing setting.

The role is fully remote across APAC and Europe, offering ownership in a small, AI-native team and collaboration with internal groups to ensure quality and consistent

Qualifications

• Experience across paid social, display, and performance advertising.
• Broad creative production skills.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Portfolio showing thinking from brief through to execution.

Responsibilities

• Producing high-volume static ads, social assets, and performance creative.
• Supporting video and UGC-style content where required.
• Translating client objectives and brand guidelines into clear creative decisions.
• Using generative AI tools as part of your everyday creative workflow.
• Running client onboarding sessions and managing ongoing communication.
• Managing multiple clients, priorities, and production timelines.
• Working closely with internal teams to maintain quality and consistency.
• Taking creative work from brief through to scalable, high-performing execution.
