Job summary

Pencil is hiring a senior creative producer to lead GenAI-driven advertising workflows. You will design assets across formats, translate briefs into output, and ensure high-quality client-facing work while collaborating with Producers, Creative Directors and Product teams.

You’ll bring hands-on GenAI experience, strong visual identity sense, and the ability to present work confidently to clients. This fully remote role offers growth at the cutting edge of design technology.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Art Director or similar in advertising or digital production.
• Hands-on with GenAI creative tools across image, video and design generation.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud or equivalent design tools.
• Comfortable presenting creative work directly to clients.
• Strong eye for visual identity, brand consistency and craft.
• Portfolio showcase expected.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver: creative assets across formats using GenAI tools.
• Translate briefs into output aligning with project objectives and visual identity.
• Support flagship projects showcasing Pencil’s product capabilities.
• Juggle volume without dropping quality across deliverables.
• Brief and review daily output from the Creative team with hands-on guidance.
• Own quality checks on client decks and feedback.
• Present with confidence to clients on AI creative workflows.
• Stay aligned with Producers, Creative Director and Product teams.
• Shape the platform by providing feedback on tools, workflows and UX.
• Contribute ideas on how GenAI shapes Pencil’s storytelling and design.
