Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking Associate SEND and Inclusion Consultants to contribute to national SEND CPD programmes. This is a remote role with potential travel within England as required for bid work.

We are looking for experienced SEND specialists to help shape design and delivery of CPD for schools and FE, reflecting the SEND Code of Practice and current reforms. Strong collaboration with practitioners and families is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice (0-25) and reforms.
• Willingness to obtain an Enhanced DBS check if not held.
• Senior SEND or inclusion experience in schools (e.g., SENCO, trust lead).

Responsibilities

• Inform the design and content of SEND CPD programmes reflecting practice and reform.
• Quality-assure materials and assess facilitator performance.
• Support co-production and user testing with practitioners, children and families.
