Job summary

Carrington Blake Recruitment is seeking two experienced SEND Coordinators to join the Reviews Recovery Team, delivering outstanding review activity for children and young people with SEND. You will manage cases, coordinate annual review paperwork and oversee phase transfer arrangements to ensure timely progress and correct funding requests.

The roles offer virtual working with one day per week in the office where possible; equipment collection and in-person training are required.

Qualifications

• Experience working within SEND services, ideally within a local authority.
• Knowledge of EHCPs, annual reviews and phase transfer processes.
• Strong case management, organisational and administrative skills.
• Experience liaising with families, schools and other professionals.
• Ability to manage a busy caseload and prioritise deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of children and young people with SEND.
• Coordinate phase transfers between educational settings.
• Oversee and process paperwork for EHCP annual reviews.
• Liaise with families, schools and educational settings to obtain information and progress cases.
• Submit requests to panels for placements and funding in line with EHCPs.
• Monitor outstanding reviews and ensure actions are followed up within timescales.
