Job summary

A recruitment agency in Swindon is looking for a Lead Audit and Review Case Officer. The ideal candidate will have SEND experience and be responsible for managing EHC needs assessments, identifying gaps in practice, and handling complex casework. You will report weekly to the SEND Improvement lead and may need to present at various panels. Experience with the Synergy system is beneficial, but training will be provided. Eligible candidates must be eligible to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Establish where we are with EHC needs assessments.
• Identify gaps in practice for individual child/young person.
• Report to the SEND Improvement lead weekly.
• Present to panels as required.
• Handle complex casework if necessary.
• Be trained in using the Synergy system.
