Job summary

AES Sustainability Ltd is seeking a remote Sustainability Consultant (SAP, OCDEA) to join our growing team. You will produce SAP assessments and EPCs for residential developments, helping clients meet Part L requirements while enjoying flexible working arrangements and career progression opportunities.

The ideal candidate will be OCDEA-qualified with experience delivering energy assessments for large national developers, and capable of working independently in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• OCDEA accreditation and SAP experience.
• Experience producing EPCs for residential developments.
• Strong knowledge of Part L and Part O requirements.

Responsibilities

• Produce SAP assessments and EPCs to support Part L compliance.
• Manage small-scale projects with deadlines and inputs coordination.
• Engage with clients and design teams to integrate sustainability requirements.
• Prepare high-quality consultancy reports at land purchase and planning stages.
• Utilise team resources to deliver timely and accurate advice.
