As a Sustainability Consultant at ERS, you will play a key role in delivering a wide range of sustainability and Building Regulations assessments across the built environment.
- Carry out SAP & SBEM assessments for both new and existing developments
- Produce Energy & Sustainability Statements for planning & compliance
- Perform Dynamic Thermal Modelling to assess overheating & thermal comfort
- Carry out daylight assessments
- Undertake building surveys for EPCs, Energy audits, U‑Value calculations and PSI value calculations
- Degree qualified (or higher) in Engineering, Architecture, or a Built Environment discipline
- Experience working with SAP or SBEM for compliance. At least 2 years prior experience in Sustainability
- Experience in producing Energy & Sustainability statements for planning applications
- Strong knowledge of CAD & IES or similar modelling software is essential
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
- Ability to work both collaboratively within a team and independently
- A proactive, personable, and motivated individual with a flexible and resilient approach
- Attending, organising & chairing meetings with wider project design team
